Söder Art Fest is open to anyone who wants to share their creativity – regardless of experience level. You can apply as:

• An individual artist, craftsperson, or creator

• A collective, organization, or association

• A food vendor or cultural contributor with a program activityWe welcome both new and established participants – as long as your idea fits the festival’s open and inclusive spirit.

• 250 SEK for individual artists

• 450 SEK for associations

• Companies (including food trucks) must contact us directly before applying.

• The fee is paid via Swish following instructions in the confirmation email.

• Workshops and performances do not pay a participation fee. Upon agreement, we may cover material costs or fees.

Do you need a receipt for your participation fee for accounting or tax purposes?

Send us your details and we’ll provide one.

• The event takes place at Furutorpsplatsen. This means:

• We will install tents where all participants will have covered space

• You will receive: 1 table (180 x 74 cm), 2 chairs, and a marked spot under the tent

• You are responsible for setting up and decorating your own space

• Think about how to best display your work – especially if you have large paintings or need height for your display

• Setup time: from 11:30 (no later than 12:00)

• Event time: 13:00–18:00

• Breakdown: not allowed before 18:00

• Toilets: Public toilets are available at the Furutorpsplatsen bus stop. We will confirm if additional access can be arranged.

• Closest bus stops: Furutorpsplatsen / Gåsebäck

• Electricity (for food vendors only): Bring your own cables (minimum 5 meters). We provide power outlets.

To ensure a safe and welcoming environment, the following rules apply. It is not allowed to:

• Place items or products outside your assigned space

• Use signs or decorations that disturb others

• Play music without permission from the organizers

• Block emergency exits or use open flames

• Leave waste – you are responsible for removing all materials you bring.

• Food vendors in particular: you are responsible for taking all your trash with you after the market.

• Arrive late – if you are not on time, your spot may be given to someone else

• You are responsible for your own items and products

• Your space must be left in the same condition as you found it

• Cancellations must be made in writing

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will not be refunded

• If the event is canceled due to weather, we will first try to reschedule. If you are unable to participate on the new date, you will receive a full refund

• As a private individual, you may sell goods tax-free up to 50,000 SEK per year. Please make sure your total annual sales do not exceed this amount

The program will be published on the channels of Söderscen, This is Helsingborg, Kulturrummet, HBG City, Helsingborg City, and Studiefrämjandet.
We will send you a shareable graphic that says “I am taking part in Söder Art Fest” – please share it on your social media and tag the organizers so we can repost it as well.
